We design denim not just to be worn, but to be lived in. Our Return & Exchange Policy is crafted to be fair, transparent, and effortless – keeping your style journey premium, personal, and worry-free.

Condition of Return:

• • Product must be in unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns for products showing wear, wash, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
• Refund Method:
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Prepaid orders).
• Refund Deductions:
  • A logistics fee (₹XXX) will be deducted to cover pickup and processing.
• Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within XX hours after we receive and inspect the product.
• Damaged Return Cases:
  • If the product is damaged during return transit, the refund will be paused for investigation with our logistics partner.
  • If confirmed that damage was not caused in return transit, refund eligibility may be cancelled.
